with one truck. He spent the next twenty years building his business,
adding to the fleet and hiring qualified, dependable commercial
truck drivers. Since
1984 he has increased the fleet from one truck to over 90! His business practice was simple then and is still that way
today.

OUR OFFICE STAFF

Lisa Johnson is the Corporate Secretary and Occupational Health Director at Karl R. Johnson Trucking, Inc. She joined Karl,her husband, in 1999 full time in the business. Before joining the Johnson Team, Lisa spent many years as a registered nurse. Lisa is responsible for the administrative functions of the office and a lot of permitting.
Richard Hackett joined Karl R. Johnson Trucking, Inc. in March of 2000. He came to us as a company driver and then in November of 2003 joined the team as our flatbed dispatcher. As well as dispatching our flatbed division, Richard also dispatches portions of our walking floor division including the runs from Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Henry Mazelli joined Karl R. Johnson Trucking in September of 2007. Henry has manyyears experience in the Trucking Industry. Henry started with our company as a driver and in January 2008 moved into the dispatch position. Henry currently dispatches all of our New York trucks

Bibianne Laliberte joined Karl R. Johnson Trucking, Inc. in November of 2006. Bibi has 20 years experience working in the Human Resource field starting in manufacturing as well as the Big chain stores. Another area of experience is in the Hospitality business owning her own Bed & Breakfast for 3 years . Her hobby is gardening. Bibi is now working as our safety director and handles all accident reports, roadside inspection, daily logs and orientations of new hires.

Wendy Robinson joined the family business full time (she is Karl and Lisa's daughter) in June of 2004. She has been a student in this business at a very young age from washing trucks as a child, to working summers and on vacations when she was in school. Wendy is responsible for owner operator settlements, payroll, accounts payable, accounting and analysis' as well as assisting Karl with special projects. Wendy has also studied for a degree in business at Lyndon State College, and graduated in December of 2006 with an associates degree in Business Administration.
Angela Griffith joined us in October of 2004. She comes to us with a customer service background having had jobs that involved dealing with the public daily. She is the pleasant and cheerful voice you hear when you call our operator. Angela has worked in almost every job here with us. She is reliable and knowledgeable and a real asset here in our office. Angela is currently doing our billing.

Kristianne Liberty joined us in April of 2008. She has worked in dispatch positions with our company and has 2 years experience. You will here Kristianne's voice when you dial for dispatch, she is currently in charge of entering and auditing our drivers logs technically in our safety department but she also assists dispatch with phone calls. Kristianne has lived in Vermont all her life, she is pleasant and excited to meet everyone in network with us. We are happy to have her aboard.
Our Maintenance Department
Ryan
"Ricochet" Robinson came to us in the summer of 2002 shortly after he graduated from
the St. Johnsbury Academy. Ryan is our senior person in the shop and has many
responsibilities in keeping the shop running. Currently Ryan is the shop
supervisor in charge of planning, controlling, scheduling every aspect of the
shop to keep it running and all our equipment in tip top shape.

Brian "BR" or "misfire" Richardson rejoined us in April of 2006 after taking a leave. Brian now is a full time mechanic. Prior to working as a mechanic, Brian worked as a walking floor dispatcher and prior to dispatching he was our senior driver having been a part of the company for over 10 years. Brian has worked in all areas at Karl R. Johnson Trucking including operating a commercial vehicle in the walking floor and the flatbed division. B.R. specializes in the installation of Tripac's and the computer work on trucks.

Paul "Speed Racer" Schartner III joined us in the summer of 2004. Paul is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his job. Paul took mechanic classes in high school and took 3rd in the diesel competition at the state level. Paul graduated from LI in June of 2007.
Josh "Repeat" Stanton joined our maintenance shop in March of 2006 as a full time mechanic. Josh has 6 years experience in mechanics. Josh lives in the Northeast Kingdom (way up North) with his wife and his eight year old son. Josh is a well rounded mechanic and takes change in job duty well. Josh, along with B.R., also specializes in the installation of our new Tripac systems.

Ed "Dr. Juice" Brown joined our maintenance shop in May of 2007. Ed has many years experience in mechanics, and has brought a lot of skill and expertise to our company.
OUR PART-TIME MAINTENANCE CREW
John "Timberbeast" Hall has around the shop for years. John, Ryan's father, has helped bail us out of various situations. He is very dependable when called on and stops in every now and then to make sure that everyone is on task and there is nothing needed of him.
OUR PARTS DEPARTMENT

Bobby "Backorder" McNally works in our maintenance shop in Lyndonville and has worked part time and during vacations since the summer of 2004. Bobby assists wherever he is needed in whatever capacity he is needed in. Bobby is now in charge of the parts room and our new Transman computer software introduced in August of 2006.
